At the one-year mark, once the clinic has a stable patient flow and performance data, we re-evaluate. At that point, Phoenix can transition from operator to partner through one of two aligned models:

Profit Share: 15–20% of net profit, ensuring we scale together.
Equity Stake: 5–10% ownership, formalizing a long-term partnership.

The first 12 months are about building and proving the system. Once it’s working, we can shift into a deeper partnership that ties my upside directly to the clinic’s continued growth.
